Quinoa preparation: Place in strainer and rinse well. Place in pot with the salt, bring to a boil then on simmer until all water is absorbed. Do not overcook. You want a grainy consistency.
Except for the garbanzo beans, finely chop all ingredients.
Add all ingredients to the cooled quinoa. Mix gently.
Place in refrigerator for several hours to allow the flavors to soak in.
