They’d want me to tell them exactly what to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, every single day. Guess what? They already knew what foods to eat; and so do you! That’s not your issue. Your real issue is finding out WHY you’re not eating the foods that best serve you. It’s the WHY that we work at together. WHY you’re not eating healthy foods, WHY you’re not exercising, WHY you’re stressed, WHY you’re not sleeping soundly, etc…
